Our bedding product is produced by grinding dry wood from old pallet wood and other wood waste. The wood is ground to a fine consistency by our RotoChopper wood processing machine, and any metal is extracted through a 7-step process.

Hay Creek Pallet manufactures colored and natural bark landscape mulches for use in commercial and residential landscaping. We specialize in high volume bulk quantity delivery using our own trucking fleet. Red, Gold, Coffee and Natural Wood are stocked at our plant.

Hay Creek Companies supports the care of the environment and manufactures wood fuel pellets for consumer use. These wood fuel pellets are manufactured by compressing sawdust remnants from recycled pallets, as well as from the lumber industry, furniture and flooring, and from forestry by-products.

Hay Creek Hosts Rotochopper 2021 Wisconsin Field Day

Hay Creek Companies hosted the Rotochopper, Inc. Wisconsin 2021 Field Day on location in Pittsville. The event included equipment demonstrations, networking and learning opportunities. Guests enjoyed a delicious catered lunch and tours of both the Hay Creek mulch operation and shredder demonstrations as well as plant tours of pallet manufacturing and wood fuel pellet production at our main plant.
